These three events are open to everyone, regardless of meditation experience. Special emphasis will be placed on welcoming newcomers, and providing extended basic meditation instruction. The sessions include short chants, a brief reading with reflection, meditation instruction, sitting and walking meditation and a chance to ask questions.
There is no charge, but donations are always received with gratitude.
